The Holidays are in full swing. Christmas trees are being stocked on the selves and your mail box is stuffed with catalogs for toys, clothes, food, etc… My favorite time of the year is Thanksgiving and Christmas. I love cooking in the kitchen and the wonderful aroma that fills the house from the turkey and all the classic fixens. Glazed carrots are a must at our table. My mom would load them up with honey and maple syrup. Sometimes as a parent we think baby purees are too time consuming and hard to make. Well, here is a great veggie recipe that you’ll find at your holiday dinners and all you’ll have to do is scoop a few spoons into your Baby Bullet and puree for your baby.

Carrots are the worlds healthiest food and are packed with vitamin K. The urban legend is that carrots can help you see far and at night. Now that your baby has acquired super-baby-powers, lets get to making this puree.
