Our new favorite things in the mornings are smoothies. The whole family can enjoy them. Sometimes I will make my smoothie the night before and keep it in a mason jar. It’s super easy for the working mom (or dad) to pour in a cup and head out the door – as well as pour in a sippy cup for your toddler. Our go-to smoothie is a coconut banana. Sure, I throw in some spinach, or other fruits, from time to time, but the coconut and banana smoothie is the jam. The next time you’re feeling low on energy, this puree or smoothie, can feed your baby and the whole family.
Pineapple Coconut Banana
Ingredients
- 1/2 cubed pineapple
- 1/2 coconut milk
- 1 banana
- 1/2 crushed ice
Instructions
- In the Baby Bullet, add all of the ingredients and blend till smooth.
- Drink immediately or place the smoothie in a mason jar for the next morning.
- Or, add the smoothie to the small Baby Bullet cups, and add a straw. Freeze for a popsicle.
